Having looked around for a very long time now I have come to realise that South Africa has a very tiny or non-existent Scientific Community. This to me is hard to believe as there are many scientists in this lovely country of ours and the aim of this site is two-fold. I want to try bring some science news, facts, fun and that sort of thing into the lives of everyone who loves science and I also hope to create a medium through which us scientifically minded people can start to communicate and think.
